1 cup Ice
5 oz. Cold brew coffee
1/4 cup Big Train Mocha Blended Ice Coffee Mix
1/4 cup Big Train 20 Below Frozen Hot Chocolate Mix
1/2 oz. DaVinci Gourmet Cinnamon Syrup
1 pinch Cayenne pepper
Garnish
DaVinci Gourmet Caramel Sauce
Crushed shortbread cookie
Directions
Combine all ingredients except garnish in a blender. Blend until smooth. This drink can also be served over ice rather than being blended.
Rim a pint-size glass with DaVinci Gourmet Caramel Sauce and coat with crushed shortbread cookies.
Pour blended frappe into prepared glass.
Serve and enjoy!
Recipe Note
Extra Twist: The cayenne pepper adds a touch of heat to this frozen drink. However, you can substitute less spicy types of chili powder or omit altogether. Turn this into a boozy shake by adding coconut-flavored rum, creme de cocoa, or coffee liqueur.
