The Holiday Slipper

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Heavy whipping cream, chilled

  • 1 oz. DaVinci Gourmet Rose Syrup

  • 8 oz. Steamed milk

  • 3 Tbsp. Big Train White Chocolate Latte Mix

  • ¼ oz. DaVinci Gourmet White Chocolate Syrup

  • ¼ oz. DaVinci Gourmet Red Velvet Syrup

  • Pink and silver coarse sugar for dusting, optional

Directions

  1. Combine whipping cream and rose syrup in a whipped cream dispenser. Screw on top and tighten. Charge with an N2O charger. Shake dispenser 3-4 times. Chill until needed.

  2. Combine milk, latte mix, white chocolate syrup, and red velvet syrup in a milk steaming pitcher. Steam until hot and thickened. Pour into a large coffee cup or mug.

  3. Top with chilled whipped rose cream and sprinkle with coarse sugar if desired. Serve.
