Directions
Combine whipping cream and rose syrup in a whipped cream dispenser. Screw on top and tighten. Charge with an N2O charger. Shake dispenser 3-4 times. Chill until needed.
Combine milk, latte mix, white chocolate syrup, and red velvet syrup in a milk steaming pitcher. Steam until hot and thickened. Pour into a large coffee cup or mug.
Top with chilled whipped rose cream and sprinkle with coarse sugar if desired. Serve.
Recipe Note
For a different flavor (and color), try substituting DaVinci Gourmet Lavender Syrup for the Rose Syrup and replacing the Red Velvet Syrup with DaVinci Gourmet Blueberry or Boysenberry Syrup.
