The Festive Chocolate Green Tea Boba, a creamy blend of Big Train Dragonfly Green Tea Blended Crème Mix and ice, poured over hazelnut-coated tapioca pearls in a glass rimmed with chocolate sauce and toasted coconut, topped with chocolate popping boba pearls, offers a delightful fusion of green tea, chocolate, and hazelnut flavors for a festive indulgence.
Ingredients
½ cup Tapioca pearls, cooked and cooled in water
1 oz. DaVinci Gourmet Hazelnut Syrup
2 tsp. DaVinci Gourmet Chocolate Sauce
1 tsp. Toasted coconut
1 cup Ice
5 oz. Water
⅓ cup Big Train Dragonfly Green Tea Blended Crème Mix
¼ cup Chocolate popping boba pearls
Directions
Combine cooked tapioca pearls and Hazelnut Syrup in a small bowl. Toss to coat. Set aside.
Rim the edge of a snifter with the chocolate sauce and toasted coconut. Spread remaining chocolate sauce onto inside of glass.
Add syrup and pearls to the bottom of the snifter.
Combine the ice, water, and Dragonfly Green Tea Blended Crème Mix to a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into snifter over pearls.
Spoon popping boba on top and serve with a half-sized boba straw.
