This refreshing iced latte combines the rich, nutty flavor of toasted coconut with the bold taste of espresso and a hint of sweetness. Shaken over ice, this latte is light, frosty and perfect for a warm day.

1 cup Ice
6 oz. Cold brew coffee
2 oz. Milk
2 tbsp Big Train Horchata Blended Creme Mix
1 oz. DaVinci Gourmet Coconut Syrup
1 tbsp DaVinci Gourmet Chocolate Sauce
Garnish
Toasted coconut flakes
Espresso beans
Directions
In a drink shaker, combine ice, coffee, milk, Big Train Horchata Blended Creme Mix, and DaVinci Gourmet Coconut Syrup. Cover and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds or until well blended.
Drizzle the inside of pint-size glass or cup with DaVinci Gourmet Chocolate Sauce. Add drink mixture to prepared cup.
Garnish with toasted coconut flakes and espresso beans. Serve and enjoy!
Recipe Note
Extra Twist: This mixture can be converted to a frappe by blending ingredients rather than shaking them in a shaker cup. Try this drink with other Big Train mixes such as espresso, mint, mocha, chocolate peanut butter, or your favorite mix.
