Combine ice, and next 5 ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds or until well blended. Set aside.
Spread peanut butter on half of a highball or stemless wine glass rim. Spread the chocolate sauce over the other half of the rim.
Pour reserved cocktail mix into the glass. Skewer the peanut butter cup with a cocktail pick and place on rim of glass. Serve.

Note: This cocktail can be served hot in a hot toddy or coffee mug by eliminating the ice and adding five ounces of water, then warming the remaining mixture in a sauce pan or microwave.
