Hand-Shaken Espresso Oleato

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. Big Train Espresso
  • .25 oz. Olive Oil
  • 12 oz. Hot Water

Garnish

  • Chocolate whipped cream
  • DaVinci Gourmet Caramel Sauce
  • Tuile cookie

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients and blend with frother.

  2. Pour into serving glass and add chocolate whipped cream (cocoa powder and heavy cream whipped to stiff peaks). Drizzle caramel over the top.

  3. Serve and enjoy!
