Prickly Pear Horchata

Ingredients

  • 1 Scoop Big Train Horchata

  • 0.5 oz DaVinci Gourmet Prickly Pear Fruit Syrup

  • 4 oz. Milk Alternative or Water

  • 1 Cup Ice

  • Prickly Pear Whipped Cream

  • Purple shimmer powder

  • Cactus fruit

Directions

  1. In the blender, combine horchata, prickly pear syrup and water. Blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into serving glass, over ice.

  3. Garnish with prickly pear whipped cream, shimmer powder and a drizzle of prickly pear syrup. Serve and enjoy!
